Psychotherapist and Mindfulness Practitioner
I am a UKCP (UK Council for Psychotherapy) registered psychotherapist and a qualified mindfulness practitioner, with therapy rooms in Liverpool Street, East London, EC2M.
My psychotherapy practice offers you a secure space to explore urgent or long-term problems you may be experiencing – a place to find yourself in the world. I can combine traditional psychotherapy with mindfulness, or create different pathways through each depending on who you are and what you need.
I am a feminist, and this perspective can help to inform my psychotherapy. What this means is that we may reflect together on how an experience of oppression can be a lens through which the world can be understood and lived. It also offers a perspective of freedom and personhood invaluable in psychotherapeutic practice.
I offer short-term therapy, which may only take us through a few weeks of work, and long-term therapy, which may take a year or more.
